The location is perfect, just a short walk from places like the Zurich Opera House and St Peter Church. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a nice coffee machine and Bluetooth speaker, which made my stay enjoyable. I particularly loved the delicious breakfast with hot, puffy omelettes and pancakes that I couldn't get enough of! It was also great having a spacious shower to freshen up after a day of exploring the local sites.

what a disappointment! i expected to walk into a stunning hotel but was confronted with impossible bathroom lighting that made my make-up routine a nightmare. imagine my shock when i had to beg for synthetic pillows after a allergic reaction! for the price, absoluteley no early check-in or checkout flexibility! i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

Adding to that, the ailing communication skills of the staff left a bitter taste, as I was only offered rudeness and no flexibility for late check-out despite the hotel being half-empty.
